Watches that take blood pressure readings. How they measure differs a lot, so check the method in each spec sheet.

Watches take blood pressure in very different ways. A few have a built-in inflatable cuff in the strap, like a small version of a home monitor. Others use an optical sensor calibrated against a regular cuff every few weeks, and some estimate it from the sensor alone.
The method row in each spec sheet shows which one a watch uses. Keep a validated arm cuff for readings you share with your doctor.
Cuff-based watches come closest to a home monitor. Optical estimates are better for spotting trends than for single readings.
Optical ones do: Samsung-style readings are calibrated against a regular cuff every few weeks. Watches with a small inflatable cuff in the strap, like Huawei's Watch D series, measure directly.
Not for diagnosis. Treat watch readings as a trend and check anything unusual with a validated cuff monitor and your doctor.
